Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in property management, leasing, administrative support, customer service, or a related field.
• Residential leasing experience preferred.
• LIHTC, HUD, affordable housing, or subsidy program experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage prospective resident leads and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and manage move-ins/move-outs.
• Process rent payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with resident relations and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain organized resident and property records and utilize property management software.
