Responsibilities

• Lease apartments via telephone sales and tours with prospective residents.
• Follow up and establish rapport with prospective and current residents.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Present apartment community professionally.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs for a smooth resident experience.
• Manage lease negotiations and renewal process.
• Assist in maintaining curb appeal and property standards.
• Maintain compliance policies per HKP and Compliance Dept.
