The Parker Apartments in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager / Leasing Consultant to help lead operations and leasing at our apartment community. You will support the Property Manager with daily tasks, deliver outstanding customer service, assist with leasing efforts, and maintain smooth administrative processes.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience.
• Leasing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency Onesite software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process income collections and postings within 24 hours.
• Prepare delinquency, eviction, and three-day notices to vacate.
• Interface with residents to schedule renewals or move-outs.
• Participate in leasing activity.
• File resident correspondence, back up phones, and assist in general office management.
• Prepare security deposit refunds or charges.
• Post vending commissions, NSF checks, and other incomes/expenses.
• Keep all lease files current and complete.
• Take over the Property Manager's responsibilities when the Property Manager is unavailable.
