Job summary

Kittle Property Group is seeking an on-site leasing and operations assistant to support apartment communities in San Antonio. You will help with applications, showings, lease negotiations, and coordinating with staff.

Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, 1 year of experience, and basic MS Office skills. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to work weekends and possibly evenings. This role offers opportunities in compliance and resident relations.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions and present information one-on-one or in small groups.
• Math: add, subtract, multiply, divide; interpret rates and percentages.
• Reasoning: follow detailed written or oral instructions with common sense.
• Computer Skills – Beginner experience with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process new applications, recertifications and provide information to compliance department.
• Show apartments to prospective residents.
• Handle lease negotiations and renewals.
• Assist property manager in overseeing leasing and maintenance staff.
• Assist with marketing and leasing activities as requested.
• Maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist with rent collection, rent ledger, bank deposits and petty cash records, delinquent rents, evictions, maintaining curb appeal.
