Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated team member to assist in on-site operations at an apartment community.

You will show apartments, process applications and re-certifications, negotiate leases, and assist the property manager with leasing, maintenance coordination, rent collection and resident relations. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic MS Office skills, and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• 1 year of experience.
• Language Skills - read, write, speak and interpret instructions and information.
• Math Skills - add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions/decimals and graphs.
• Reasoning Skills - follow instructions and solve problems with few variables.
• Computer Skills - Beginner experience with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments to prospective residents.
• Process new applications, re-certifications and provide information to compliance.
• Handle lease negotiations and renewals.
• Assist property manager in leasing and maintenance oversight.
• Support marketing and leasing activities and maintain compliance policies.
