Job summary

Two Coast Living seeks a results-driven Property Manager to oversee a multifamily community on-site. You’ll lead daily operations, manage on-site teams, and drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and revenue.

You’ll own budgets, coordinate maintenance, conduct inspections, and partner with leasing and maintenance staff to deliver exceptional living experiences. A four-year track record in residential property management and team leadership is required.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of multifamily property management experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations from leasing to work orders and vendor coordination.
• Lead on-site leasing and maintenance teams, fostering a positive culture.
• Promote property to attract new residents and renew existing leases.
