Job summary

RPM Living in El Paso, TX is seeking a proactive Community Manager to oversee a multi-family apartment community. You will lead property staff, manage leasing activity, track budgets, and ensure high resident satisfaction through responsive service and strong team leadership.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of related experience, plus 3+ years in property management, with proficiency in Office and PM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in management.
• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff, oversee onboarding, training, and appraisals.
• Drive performance, provide feedback, and coordinate disciplinary actions with HR.
• Conduct ongoing training on leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate associates through recognition programs and team-building.
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Complete month-end and year-end financial reporting and variances.
• Promote resident satisfaction and respond to complaints.
• Collaborate with maintenance to handle service requests.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Analyze market trends and partner with marketing on leasing strategies.
• Follow eviction procedures as needed.
• Manage owner relationships with updates and tours.
