Assist Property Manager in daily activities of maintaining facilities and managing apartments.
Support tenant-landlord relationships and improve apartments/building.

Responsibilities

Provide support to staff to encourage teamwork and lead by example.
Ensure compliance with laws, policies, procedures and regulations.
Assist in maintaining resident files and handling renewals.
Greet prospective applicants and orient new residents.
Maintain safety and respond to emergencies per guidelines.
Process rental payments and issue receipts as requested.
Complete maintenance requests promptly.
Attend and host tenant functions as directed by Property Manager.
Direct safety-first practices and protect applicant/resident files.
