CLK Multifamily Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations at our community and step in to lead the property when the Manager is absent. You will help with leasing, resident relations, and reporting, while ensuring compliance and service quality.

Qualifications

• . at least 1 year of property management experience.
• Proficiency with property management software (UKG, RealPage, Yardi or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in daily operations, stepping in to manage the community when needed.
• Maintain accurate resident records, including rents, deposits, and application fees.
• Issue notices (late payments, returned checks, evictions) and assist collections on move-outs.
• Assist with leasing and resident retention, including touring prospects and processing lease renewals.
• Greet and respond to residents, vendors, and suppliers by phone and in person.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports (move-out activity, leasing paperwork).
• Proofread lease documentation and process move-ins/move-outs and security deposits.
• Route resident service requests to maintenance and follow up.
• Conduct property walks and address visible service needs; assist with move-out and vacancy inspections.
