Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year admin/office/accounting/customer service experience preferred.
• HUD/Tax Credit knowledge or housing law familiarity is a plus.
• Familiarity with property management software helpful.

Responsibilities

• Enters data in resident accounts receivable ledgers.
• Assists with resident records documentation.
• Collects rent and other income, makes bank deposits, and forwards receipts.
• Assists with leasing from application to move-in.
• Responds to customer service requests.
• May work outside normal business hours to meet property needs.
