Zusammenfassung

The NRP Group LLC is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to coordinate on-site construction activities under the Project Superintendent's direction. You will manage daily production schedules, supervise subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2 years of multi-family construction experience, knowledge of site work and utilities, and proficiency with Outlook/Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Construction or related field education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing multi-family construction projects.
• Knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, structural building, mechanical and interior finishes.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily production schedules and maintain field documentation.
• Assist scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and materials.
• Update schedule documents, inspections, and related items.
• Supervise assigned construction activities to ensure quality and safety.
• Enforce safety, clean-up and risk management on site.
• Assist Project Superintendent with materials management and field operations sequencing.
• Communicate project status daily with the Project Superintendent.
