Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities for multifamily projects. You will work under the Project Superintendent to maintain safety, schedules, and quality from site to site.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of construction management experience and strong skills in blueprints, documentation, and communication. This is an on-site role requiring a valid driver's license and reliable availability for field operations.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; experience in construction preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of construction project management experience on multi-family projects.
• Must be proficient in reading blueprints and coordinating field operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise on-site construction activities.
• Manage daily production schedules and assist with subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure safety compliance and perform site inspections.
• Assist with material management, punch lists, and documentation.
• Communicate project status daily with the Project Superintendent.
