Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Safety Manager for a data center project in Sparks, NV.

The role focuses on developing and sustaining an Incident and Injury Free Culture by maintaining a Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate is OSHA 30 certified with construction safety experience, able to lead investigations, and monitor compliance of CEI and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction required.
• CPR/FA Certified (Trainer preferred) and other safety certifications desired.
• Three to five years of construction safety experience (electrical safety preferred).
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local safety regulations.
• Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports and report to leadership.
• Lead incident investigations with support from Production leadership.
• Monitor CEI/Subcontractor safety compliance and assist in weekly toolbox talks.
