Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• OSHA 30 Construction required; CPR/FA certified (Trainer preferred).
• 0-2 years of construction safety experience; electrical safety experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive on project sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating safety program effectiveness through daily field walks and log observations.
• Support project safety plans and corrective action implementations.
• Provide coaching on safe behaviors and recognize safe practices.
• Assist with site-specific safety orientations and basic safety training.
• Support incident investigations and safety meetings; report findings to leadership.
• Identify potential compliance risks and communicate to Safety leadership.
