Job summary

Cresa seeks a Project Manager - Account Operations to lead internal teams and vendor partners, delivering full client support for project requests. You will coordinate resources, scope, schedule and budget for medium-to-high complexity initiatives.

The role requires exceptional communication with stakeholders, strong customer service and attention to detail, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining project focus. Travel within North America may be required.

Responsibilities

• Identify project resources from pre-qualified lists and conduct bid analysis.
• Develop and manage scope, schedule, and budget for each project.
• Support CAPEX budgeting for account internal projects.
• Assist with OPEX budgeting and forecasting for internal operations.
• Process and coordinate invoices, purchase orders, and documentation.
• Assist with team member onboarding.
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries and concerns.
• Communicate with the client to define goals and report on status.
