Job summary

Cresa, a leading real estate advisory firm, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Project Management Team and deliver large, complex projects aligned with client goals. Based on-site, the role requires coordinating across project teams, reviewing performance, and updating dashboards for the PMO.

You will manage a portfolio of projects, mentor 2+ direct reports, and contribute to business development efforts related to proposals, estimates, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Business, Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
• 15+ years’ experience in the tenant advisory, development, architecture, engineering, or construction management.
• MCR, PgPM, or PMP certification(s) preferred.
• Experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) model, including oversight of a portfolio of simultaneous projects.
• Strong analytic abilities and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Management Team to ensure large, complex projects meet client goals.
• Review contract performance and provide PMO reporting.
• Prepare project dashboards and reconcile issues for PMO.
• Hold on-site presence; travel within North America as needed.
• Mentor 2+ direct reports and support proposals and schedules.
