Job summary

Cresa is seeking a Project Manager to oversee design, development and implementation of commercial real estate projects for clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, budget and schedule to ensure efficient, cost-effective delivery.

The role requires strong client focus, service orientation, and ability to build trust with clients and teams. Significant travel may be involved across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of related experience in project management and/or real estate and facilities management.
• Ability to influence virtually as required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Teams, Clarizen, and SharePoint is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against mid- to high-level complex projects.
• Support Lead PM on high-level complex projects (coordination, onsite support, meeting notes, etc.).
• Lead requests for pricing, assist in contracting and oversight of consultants and related teams.
• Review requisitions, change orders and other invoices associated with projects.
• Experience leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communicate with clients to define project goals and expectations, negotiate solutions, deliver value.
