BW Papersystems is seeking a Project Management Leader to drive on-site execution of new equipment orders in Phillips, WI. You will guide a PM team, manage budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination to meet project objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 8+ years as a Project Manager, and 5+ years leading PM teams. PMP or similar certification is preferred; travel about 20%. On-site work 5 days/week with relocation assistance possible.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; B.S. in Engineering preferred.
• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams of Project Managers.
• Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
• Experience in capital equipment or low volume, high mix environments would be ideal.

• Define project scope, deliverables and schedule before execution.
• Lead project management team to meet milestones, schedule, and cost targets.
• Develop and maintain a standards playbook for projects and use PM tools.
• Ensure adherence to project management playbooks and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external OEMs to ensure successful execution.
