Job summary

BW Papersystems seeks an experienced Project Management Leader to direct on-site execution of new equipment orders at our Phillips, WI facility. You will guide a high-performing PM team, manage budgets, schedules, and client coordination from start-up through project closure.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years as a PM, 5+ years leading teams, and preferably PMP certification. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates outside of commuting distance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; B.S. in Engineering preferred.
• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams of Project Managers.
• Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
• Experience in capital equipment or low volume, high mix, high customization businesses is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring project scope, deliverables and schedule are clearly defined and agreed prior to execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet milestones, schedule adherence, and cost targets.
• Develop and maintain project management playbooks, tools, and reporting processes.
• Ensure adherence to project management standards and quality control throughout.
• Coordinate with internal departments and customers to keep projects aligned with business goals.
