Job summary

BW Papersystems seeks a Project Management Leader to drive execution of new equipment orders in our Phillips, WI facility. This on-site role leads a high-performing PM team, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project management within technical/manufacturing environments, and 5+ years leading PM teams; PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; B.S. in Engineering preferred.
• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams of Project Managers; PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defin e scope, deliverables, and schedule for projects.
• Lead PM team; ensure milestones, budget targets, and schedule adherence.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project management standards and playbooks.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external OEMs to define scope and purchasing.
• Ensure disciplined adherence to project management execution playbooks and standards.
• Oversee project documentation and formal communication.
• Develop team members' project management competencies and mentor staff.
• Identify risks, adjust schedules, and drive on-time project completion.
