Job summary

BW Papersystems seeks a Project Management Leader to oversee the execution of new equipment orders on-site at our Phillips, WI facility.

You will guide a high-functioning PM team, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with engineering, procurement, and customers, and drive standard practices across projects.

Relocation assistance may be considered; a PMP is preferred and 8+ years PM experience in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams of Project Managers.
• Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading and overseeing the execution of new equipment orders.
• Guiding project management team to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Developing and maintaining a standards playbook for projects and reporting processes.
• Ensuring adherence to project management playbooks and standards.
• Coordinating with stakeholders to keep projects aligned with business goals.
• Partnering with outside OEMs to define scope and manage purchasing.
