The role requires hands-on leadership, fiber termination capability, and close collaboration with the Project Manager to stay on budget and schedule. IES emphasizes safety, training, and strong documentation across all projects.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• Minimum of three years of experience in telecommunications or related technical field.
• Must be able to terminate fiber.
• Minimum of six months supervisory/managerial experience.
• Proficient with the listed tools and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead major project crews and provide required training.
• Ensure safety, quality guidelines, and ergonomic workflow adherence.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to meet productivity and budget goals.
• Complete all project paperwork accurately and on time.
• Perform quality checks and coordinate moves and red-lined drawings.
