Sundt Construction is seeking a Project Executive to lead major Texas projects with a strong focus on safety, profitability, and timely delivery. You will oversee both preconstruction and construction phases, champion the execution plan, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

• Proven ability to lead teams.
• Strong knowledge of contract documents and PM processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from preconstruction to field.
• Ensure safety, schedule, profitability, and quality.
• Manage billings and cash flow with owners and subs.
• Develop CPM schedule and coordinate with project team.
• Provide feedback to estimators for future bids.
• Oversee change orders and cost control processes.
