You will oversee both preconstruction and construction phases, champion the execution plan, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

• Proven ability to lead teams.
• Strong knowledge of contract documents and PM processes.

• Manage billings and cash flow with owners and subs.
• Develop CPM schedule and coordinate with project team.
• Provide feedback to estimators for future bids.
