Consigli Construction Co. in Manchester, NH is seeking a Project Engineer (PE) to coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and design teams on critical project information, on-site submittals, RFIs, safety docs and delivery schedules.

You will participate in the Project Engineer Academy and help drive project documentation, field reporting and meetings, with a focus on accuracy, communication and teamwork to keep projects on track.

Competenze

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
• OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 preferred.
• Basic understanding of construction including schedule logic, budgets and project documentation.
• Prior internship experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Document Control: Ensure timely and accurate management of all project documentation.
• Distribute design changes/updates to the entire project team and subcontractors.
• RFIs: Prepare and submit requests for information and distribute responses.
• Submittals: Create and manage the submittal log; verify compliance via Procore.
• Safety Documentation: Upload safety docs; notify subcontractors of missing paperwork.
• Enrollment, and compliance tracking of subcontractor insurance certificates.
• Field Reporting: Track field activities and report to related parties.
• Punch List: Maintain punch list and coordinate completion with subcontractors.
• Observations and Field Reports: Compile and resolve open items with required parties.
• Safety: conduct regular safety walks with field and safety staff.
• Photos: upload site progress photos to Procore.
• Material Delivery: Manage delivery dates and maintain a material log.
• Communication: keep the project team informed of delays and lead items.
• Meetings: generate agendas and distribute minutes; track action items.
• Coordination: interface with client and design team to align goals.
