Job summary

Consigli Construction seeks a Project Engineer to manage critical project information on-site and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants. You will oversee submittals, RFIs, safety docs, drawings, and reports as part of a year‑long Project Engineer Academy.

Responsibilities include document control, design change distribution, and maintaining timely communication with stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and proficiency in MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• Internship experience is a plus.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required; OSHA 10/30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document Control: manage all project documentation timely and accurately.
• Distribute design changes and updates to the project team and subs.
• Prepare and submit RFIs and distribute responses to relevant parties.
• Create and manage the submittal log and review against specs.
• Upload safety documentation and conduct safety walks with field staff.
• Track material deliveries and maintain delivery logs.
• Generate agendas and minutes for project meetings; follow up on action items.
• Report on submittals, RFIs, and critical project issues to stakeholders.
