Job summary

Consigli Construction seeks a Project Engineer (PE) to on-site manage critical project information, coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants, and report status to project stakeholders. The PE will oversee submittals, RFIs, safety documentation, drawings, and other documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Document Control: manage project documentation and distribute updates.
• RFIs: prepare and submit information requests and distribute responses.
• Submittals: manage submittal log and verify against specs.
• Safety documents: upload and track subcontractor safety paperwork.
• Field reporting: track site activities and report to stakeholders.
• Punch list: maintain log and coordinate completion with subcontractors.
• Meetings: generate agendas and distribute minutes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with client and design team throughout the project.
