Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee critical project information, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, and report on submittals, RFIs, and safety documentation. The PE will participate in the Project Engineer Academy to develop industry knowledge and network within Consigli.

The role requires organizing field data, maintaining logs, and ensuring timely communication of delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Document Control: manage and distribute project documentation.
• Prepare/submit RFIs and track responses.
• Create/manage submittal log and verify against specs.
• Upload safety documentation and conduct safety walks.
• Track material delivery dates and maintain delivery log.
• Generate meeting agendas and distribute minutes.
• Report on submittals, RFIs and critical issues.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and design team.
