Consigli in Portland, ME is seeking a Project Engineer (PE) to coordinate on-site project information, manage submittals, RFIs, safety docs and material delivery logs. You will work with subcontractors, vendors and consultants to ensure timely, accurate reporting and project milestones.

The PE will participate in the Project Engineer Academy, gaining industry knowledge and professional development while advancing key project objectives with the project team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• Internship experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of construction including schedule logic, budgets and documentation.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• OSHA 10/30 preferred.
• Experience with Timberline/Sage, Primavera P6 or Procore is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Document control: manage all project documentation accurately and promptly.
• RFIs: prepare, submit and distribute responses to the design team and stakeholders.
• Submittals: create and maintain the submittal log in Procore and verify compliance.
• Safety documentation: upload safety docs and coordinate follow-up with subs.
• Track subcontractor insurance certificates for enrollment and compliance.
• Field reporting: track activities and report to stakeholders.
• Punch list: manage punch items and coordinate completion with subs.
• Conduct field walks and resolve design/quality issues with the team.
• Support project meetings and maintain clear communications.
• Monitor material deliveries and maintain delivery logs.
