Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate on-site information flow, manage submittals, RFIs, safety documentation, and field reporting for active projects in the Boston area. You will work with subcontractors, vendors and design teams to keep schedules and budgets on track.

This role includes the Consigli Project Engineer Academy and hands-on training with project management tools to accelerate your development in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or architecture preferred.
• Internship experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of construction including schedule logic, budgets and project documentation.
• Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
• OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 preferred.
• Experience with Procore, Timberline/Sage, Primavera P6 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document Control: manage all project documentation and circulate updates to the team and subcontractors.
• Prepare and submit RFIs and distribute responses to the design team and stakeholders.
• Create and manage the submittal log; obtain submittals and verify against specs in Procore.
• Upload and track subcontractor safety documentation; conduct safety walks with the team.
• Maintain material delivery logs and track lead times for on-site deliveries.
• Generate project meeting agendas and distribute minutes to stakeholders.
