Qualifications

• Internship experience with a construction company preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training completed or within first year.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Notifies subcontractors of commencement dates and expedites deliveries to avoid delays.
• Assists in preparation of the submittal schedule and maintains logs; ensures timely submissions.
• Prepares reports such as material, submittal, RFI, and long-lead item logs.
• Verifies subcontractor payment requests and reviews invoices for quantities and prices.
• Responds to RFIs from owners and subcontractors and routes information to field staff.
• Assists in compiling close-out documents and may support estimating activities when not on a project.
