Job summary

Skanska is seeking a dynamic Project Engineer to join the on-site Project Management Team. You will handle contract setup, submittals, assist with bid packages, change orders, and assist with project scheduling while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience with RFIs and reading plans, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or 8 years of equivalent experience).

Qualifications

• 1–3 years documenting RFIs and client correspondence per contracts.
• 1–3 years reading drawings and technical specifications for submittals.
• 1–3 years experience with project close out.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering or 8 years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up contracts and manage submittals on projects.
• Assist with bid package process and change orders.
• Assist with scheduling of the project and coordination with stakeholders.
