Job summary

Skanska USA is seeking a dynamic Project Engineer to join our on-site Project Management Team. You will participate in contract setup, submittals, bid package support, change orders, and scheduling assistance for projects of varying size and complexity.

New grads with a Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent are encouraged to apply. A strong team player with clear communication and client service skills will thrive in our diverse, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience creating documentation such as RFIs, and client correspondence on issues related to the notification provisions in contracts.
• 0-3 years of reading and understanding construction plans and drawings and the technical specifications associated with drawings.
• 0-3 years expereince with project close out.
• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Engineering, or similar or 8 years of equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• The Project Engineer works on-site within the Project Management Team and is responsible for contract setup, submittals, assisting with the bid package process, change orders and assisting with the scheduling of the project.
