Job summary

Skanska is seeking a dynamic Project Engineer to support project execution, coordination, and admin duties on construction projects. The role involves maintaining PMIS data, preparing bid packages, and managing submittals and RFIs while closely coordinating with the client, trades, and design partners.

The candidate will be on-site, monitor fabrication and deliveries, participate in production and safety meetings, and assist with project closeout and documentation throughout the project

Qualifications

• 1+ years creating RFIs and client correspondence per contracts.
• 1+ year reading construction plans and specifications for submittals.
• 1+ year experience with project closeout processes.
• Bachelor's Degree or 8 years equivalent experience in CM/Engineering.
• Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or mission-critical facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project execution through contract setup and project admin.
• Assist field coordination, attend safety meetings, and monitor site activity.
• Maintain PMIS data, prepare bid packages, manage submittals and RFIs.
• Support permit processes and project documentation through lifecycle.
• Collaborate with client, trade contractors and design partners for on-time delivery.
