Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Project Coordinator for its Project and Development Services team in Richmond, Virginia. You will support a premier financial institution client, bridging planning and execution on transformative construction projects.

You will prepare contracts, budgets, schedules, change orders and meeting minutes; generate reports; coordinate communications between internal teams, clients, contractors and vendors; and help manage procurement and submittals through

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain project documentation including contracts, budgets, schedules, change orders, and meeting minutes.
Use project management platforms to generate reports, track deliverables, and monitor project status.
Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors.
Support projects from planning through closeout: manage procurement, track submittals, and maintain organized files.
Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities to implement new technologies and streamline workflows.
Balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
