Job summary

IBEX IT Business Experts in Fort Stewart, GA, is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide on-site project coordination and PM support for the Directorate of Public Works at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield.

You will coordinate design/product development with DPW branches, USACE, MICC, and other stakeholders, maintain schedules, produce monthly status reports, and help ensure safety and compliance on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology or an equivalent field.
• PM certification (PMP) or equivalent is required or two years of construction PM experience.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, schedules, documentation, and status reporting in a construction/engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across DPW branches, design, and construction stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, status tracking, and documentation.
• Prepare monthly status reports and client-required reports.
• Assist with A-E services coordination to ensure deliverables meet DPW/USACE/MICC requirements.
• Review project criteria, objectives, and comments to ensure alignment with scope and codes.
• Conduct site visits and ensure safety requirements and PPE usage.
• Travel between Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield as needed.
