Staff Financial Group is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator for an on-site role in Metro Atlanta. You will work with Project Managers, manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout docs, and keep subs and vendors on schedule to ensure seamless office-field coordination.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in construction coordination, strong organization, and a desire to advance to Assistant PM or PM. Great benefits and a clear career path are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a construction project coordinator or project assistant role.
• Experience with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeouts.
• Procore, Sage, or similar construction software preferred.
• Comfortable reading plans and specs a plus.
• Strong communication with subs, vendors, and PMs.
• Organized, detail-focused, and follows through.
• Someone who wants to grow into a PM track.

Responsibilities

• Keep projects moving and coordinate with Project Managers.
• Handle submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documents.
• Keep subcontractors and vendors on schedule and ensure no gaps between office and field.
