Zusammenfassung

EMI Services seeks a Program Manager to lead facilities maintenance operations at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield in Georgia. The PM will serve as the primary point of contact between the United States Government, EMI Services, subcontractors, and field operations personnel, ensuring contract requirements, performance objectives, safety standards, and customer expectations are consistently met.

The PM is responsible for the overall management and daily execution of facilities maintenance

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or equivalent, with professional certifications preferred.
• Minimum five years’ experience in base operations or similar contract management.
• Experience leading multiple trades, supervisors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Strong project management, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience working with Government customers, preferably DoD or military.

Aufgaben

• Lead overall facilities maintenance and operations for Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield.
• Serve as primary EMI Services representative to Government for contract performance.
• Direct and coordinate activities of multiple trades and functional areas.
• Plan, prioritize, schedule, and monitor work to meet requirements and safety standards.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment to support operations.
• Monitor productivity, resource utilization, and adherence to schedules.
• Maintain relationships with Government personnel, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality control, and Government requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasts, and staffing plans.
