Job summary

Voith US Inc. is seeking a Site Project Controller to provide on-site financial support during field execution in Ludington, MI.

The role focuses on site-level cost tracking, T&M billing, and financial administration, collaborating with the home office to ensure accurate reporting and cost recovery. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, 2+ years of project billing or controls experience, strong Excel skills, and SAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Two or more years of experience in project billing, accounting, or project controls preferred.
• Experience supporting field services or project-based environments is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, and submit accurate T&M billings per contract terms and schedules.
• Review labor, expenses, subcontractor, material, and other costs for accuracy.
• Ensure costs are charged to correct WBS, cost element, or activity.
• Process cost corrections and reallocations in SAP per procedures.
• Monitor funding, billing limitations, and cost-recovery requirements.
• Maintain billing/cost records and provide regular reporting and analysis.
• Support project forecasting with site cost information and risk/opportunity identification.
• Identify process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and cost visibility.
• Provide support to Contract Manager with cost documentation and analysis.
