Job summary

Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Program Supervisor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hampshire County. The role oversees the case management team, mentor recruitment, and compliance with program quality standards while maintaining a caseload of one-to-one matches.

The position collaborates with the Program Director on grant writing and reporting, marketing and communications, and other activities to support the program and agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience with adolescents, children, and families.
• Commitment to social justice and welfare of children.
• Personal vehicle available for employment use.
• Background record screening and driving record check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the case management team and mentor recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with program quality standards and maintain caseloads.
• Collaborate with the Program Director on grant writing and reporting.
• Support marketing and communications for the program and agency.
• Engage with a culturally diverse Hampshire County community and promote inclusion.
