Job summary

Center for Human Development in Hadley, MA is seeking a dynamic Case Manager for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hampshire County program. You will recruit, screen, and support volunteer mentors and local youth to build safe, lasting mentoring matches.

You will coordinate with area schools for referrals and Lunch Buddies events, maintain records, and provide guidance. A Bachelor's degree and bilingual English/Spanish are highly preferred; strong communication and a valid driver's license are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, match, and support volunteer mentors and youth.
• Oversee mentoring caseload and provide guidance and resources.
• Partner with schools for referrals and coordinate Lunch Buddies programs.
• Plan program events and collaborate with the case management team.
