Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking a Program Manager to meet the temporary help and training needs for a major client. You will match temporaries’ skills to customer requirements and deliver high-quality service to both client and workforce.

On-site supervision of Staffing Specialists is possible; responsibilities include administering tasks, monitoring attendance, handling workers’ compensation processes, and reconciling invoices. A High School diploma is required along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum 1–2 years supervisory experience or 3–5 years in customer service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to build strong business partnerships.
• Experience performing background checks, I-9, and E-Verify.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Meet the temporary help and training needs of a major client.
• Deliver high quality service to the customer and temporary employees.
• Develop and retain business by providing outstanding customer service.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks.
• Monitor attendance of employees; process Workers' Compensation claims.
• Reconcile invoices from all vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.
