Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking a Program Supervisor III to provide leadership and administrative support across a large, multi-site program serving clients with complex needs. You will supervise staff, monitor service delivery to meet grant objectives, maintain records, and collaborate with the Director and community partners to ensure high-quality services and data integrity.

This on-site role emphasizes compliance, budgeting, training, and ongoing mentoring to elevate program

Qualifikationen

• Fingerprint clearance and background check required.
• Ability to work under emotional stress and with challenging clients.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent (2 years) or related experience.
• 1 year post-graduate experience in social services.
• 18 months supervisory experience in social services.
• Experience with HMIS and partner databases.
• On-site work required.

Aufgaben

• Supervise program staff and monitor service delivery to meet goals.
• Spend majority of time achieving objectives through subordinate staff.
• Conduct weekly case conferences and monthly file audits.
• Ensure compliance with VOALA policies and procedures; document all procedures.
• Assist Director with policy implementation, staff training, and mentoring.
• Coordinate outreach with community partners and stakeholders.
• Oversee program assets and budget; supervise resource protection.
• Other duties as assigned.
