Job summary
Vylor Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Reinbeck, Iowa site. You will perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems to support production, ensuring safe operations and adherence to safety and quality programs.
Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, coordinating with supervisors on work queues, and contributing to process improvements. Overtime and on-call duties rise with seasonal demand; on-site work required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Industrial millwright maintenance experience required.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and control systems.
Responsibilities
- Support production by maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems/equipment.
- Ensure operation of equipment including mechanical, electrical and control devices.
- Perform preventive maintenance and scheduled inspections following guidelines.
- Collaborate with supervisors/teams on work queues and projects; plan seasonal prep.
- Overtime and on-call work during seasonal peaks; rotate day/evening shifts.
