Aerotek is hiring a Production Supervisor for an on-site role in Merritt Island, FL. The position involves serving as the liaison between client managers, local office, and contract employees, and managing the temporary workforce to maximize profitability.

The role requires a customer- or sales-focused background, team orientation, and experience in operations or workforce management. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees. Attend client production and staff meetings as needed.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize Aerotek resources for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
