Job summary

Aerotek is seeking an On Premise Manager to serve as the liaison between client managers, the Aerotek office, and contract employees. The role involves attending client meetings, managing the temporary workforce, and ensuring quality contractor supply to maximize profitability.

The position offers a base salary in the range of $54,000–$60,000 with a potential $2,000 annual bonus, plus benefits including medical/dental/vision, an HSA & 401k plan, paid time off, parental leave, and employee

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Customer or sales focused experience.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees; attend client production and staff meetings.
• Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors.
• Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce.
• Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary.
• Utilize available resources for conflict resolution.
• Perform various customer service related activities.
