Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Experience managing or supervising people.
• Construction and workforce management experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong time management, communication, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage deliverables per SOW, work order, or contracts.
• Manage associate workforce per client requirements.
• Track KPIs and provide performance feedback.
• Interface between client, associates, and internal teams.
• Assist with client reporting with Delivery Manager/Lead.
• Attend client quarterly business reviews.
• Ensure safety procedures and culture align with Aerotek.
• Conduct onboarding tasks and site setup when on site.
