NOV is seeking a production planning and scheduling professional to manage manufacturing orders, BOM accuracy, and material availability on-site in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves coordinating with Procurement, Master Scheduler, and Project Management to maintain on-time delivery and optimal flow across work centers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in planning/manufacturing, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, production control, planning, purchasing or manufacturing.
• Understanding of blueprints, machining, fabrication, and raw materials.

Responsabilités

• Create, release, and maintain manufacturing and complete work orders in the ERP system; ensure BOMs, routings, and work instructions.
• Plan purchase requisitions per ERP demands and communicate changes to Purchasing.
• Plan engineering deliverables using scheduling software and communicate releases to shop floor.
• Monitor and reschedule open work orders based on priorities and capacity.
• Coordinate production flow across work centers to optimize throughput.
• Ensure material availability before releasing orders and escalate shortages.
• Respond to changes due to downtime or expedited orders and minimize disruptions.
• Report deviations and support root-cause analysis of delays.
• Maintain ERP/MRP schedule data, lead times, orders, and shop calendars.
• Participate in production meetings for updates and direction.
