Federal Signal Corporation in Post Falls, Idaho, is seeking a qualified Production Administrator to support manufacturing operations. You will handle reporting, onboarding, safety coordination, vendor relations, and process documentation to keep production and workforce workflows efficient.

The role is full-time and on-site with a starting wage of $24-$28 per hour. You will develop SOPs, manage daily reports, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Three years of administrative experience.
• Three years of ERP systems experience; Epicor preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Good time management.
• Problem solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Experience with ERP systems or similar.

Responsabilités

• Update daily reports and spreadsheets.
• Review time approvals and make corrections as needed.
• Review applications for production depts. and coordinate interviews/new hire process.
• Coordinate with temp agencies on new hires and time approvals.
• Set up and remove entries in Epicor.
• Oversee Cintas deliveries and garment return.
• Coordinate monthly company events.
• Take equipment photos/videos for job files.
• Collaborate with vendors on projects.
• Manage employee suggestion program.
• Prepare customer progress reports.
• Create SOPs.
• Provide safety orientation/training.
• Coordinate with outsourced production as needed.
