Job summary

Alliance is seeking an on-site Business Systems Analyst in Spokane, WA to support Visual ERP, data, reporting, and process infrastructure. You will run daily reconciliation checks, resolve data anomalies, and help departments understand ERP data. The role emphasizes ERP administration with growth into broader business analysis over time.

Responsibilities include configuring users, testing fixes, and developing Power BI/SSRS reports. 1–5 years ERP experience and SQL/data fluency are preferred.

Qualifications

• ERP system support experience, any industry accepted.
• Strong data fluency with relational databases and joins.
• Willingness to learn manufacturing operations data.
• Good troubleshooting, attention to detail, disciplined workflow.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP data integrity and daily reconciliation checks.
• Investigate data anomalies and coordinate fixes with departments.
• Test ERP fixes, validate features, assist rollout.
• Manage user setup, access, and license administration.
• Develop reports using Excel, SSRS, Power BI and related tools.
• Collaborate across teams to define processes and improvements.
• Assist with data migrations and documentation.
