Job summary

Ground Force Worldwide is seeking a qualified Production Administrator to provide administrative and operational support for manufacturing operations on-site. You will handle reporting, onboarding, safety coordination, vendor relations, employee programs and process documentation to keep production and workforce operations efficient.

The role entails updating daily reports, coordinating interviews and onboarding, managing Epicor entries, and supporting events and SOP creation.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years administrative experience.
• Three (3) years ERP system experience (Epicor Preferred).
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related tools.
• Experience with ERP systems or similar.

Responsibilities

• Update daily reports and spreadsheets.
• Review time approvals and correct as needed.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding with production.
• Work with temp agencies on hires and time approvals.
• Set up/remove entries in Epicor.
• Maintain safety coordination and vendor relations.
• Prepare and manage job files with photos/videos.
• Develop SOPs and support process documentation.
• Assist with employee programs and events.
• Communicate with outsourced production as needed.

Job description

We are looking for a qualified Production Administrator. The Production Admin provides administrative and operational support for manufacturing operations, including reporting, employee onboarding, safety coordination, vendor relations, employee programs, and process documentation to support efficient production and workforce operations. **This is a full time on site position - no remote work available** Starting Wage $24-$28/hr.

An excellent production planner is able to perform secretarial and administrative duties in an efficient and effective manner. Work with production to maintain/improve reporting and documentation of work for high level of analysis. Work to implement and acquire needed process or equipment for a safe and productive production floor.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Update daily reports and spreadsheets.
• Review time approvals and make corrections as needed.
• Review all applications for production depts. and make contact to set up interviews and new hire process.
• Work with temp agencies on new hires, applicants, and time approvals.
• Set up and remove entries in Epicor.
• Oversee Cintas deliveries and garment return.
• Coordinate monthly BBQ Luncheons and Company events.
• Take equipment photos and videos for job files.
• Work with vendors as needed for special projects.
• Take charge of employee suggestion program.
• Customer Progress Reports.
• Create SOP’s.
• Safety Orientation/Training.
• Communicate with outsourced production as needed.
